All services are provided by AskAdelyne LLC and AskAdelyne LLC only.
These Terms and Conditions govern access to www.askadelyne.com and participation in the services, sessions, events, classes, teachings, broadcasts, recordings, audio frequencies, channeled transmissions, and other content offered by AskAdelyne LLC. Please read them carefully before using the website or purchasing, registering for, or participating in an offering.
Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the website, submitting an application, purchasing or registering for an offering, or participating in an offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies expressly incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase, register for, or participate in an offering.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. AskAdelyne LLC does not knowingly offer the website or its offerings to anyone under 18.
Your use of the website is also subject to the AskAdelyne Privacy Policy. Purchases, registrations, cancellations, rescheduling, attendance, technical requirements, and refunds are governed by the AskAdelyne Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

An offering is any private session, reading, live event, class, workshop, masterclass, broadcast, audio frequency, recording, written teaching, downloadable material, channeled transmission, or other service or content made available by AskAdelyne LLC.
The term content includes all text, graphics, photographs, audio, video, recordings, downloads, teachings, transmissions, branding, and other material made available through the website or an offering.
A participant is any person who applies for, purchases, registers for, receives, accesses, or participates in an offering.
The word you means the individual accessing or using the website or an offering, or the legal entity on whose behalf that individual acts.
Nature of the Work
All offerings are provided by AskAdelyne LLC and AskAdelyne LLC only. They are intended solely for spiritual, educational, and self-development purposes. Adelyne™ works as a channel and medium. Channeled and mediumistic information is spiritual and subjective in nature, is not independently verifiable, and is not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or predictive of any particular outcome.
The website and offerings do not constitute and are not substitutes for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care. AskAdelyne LLC does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical or mental health condition. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding matters within that professional's field.
Personal Sovereignty and Responsibility
You retain full personal sovereignty and remain solely responsible for your choices, actions, decisions, interpretations, and results. Any action or decision you make after accessing the website or participating in an offering is taken at your own discretion and responsibility. No statement, message, reading, teaching, or transmission guarantees a particular result.
Single Teacher Work and Group Boundaries
AskAdelyne group offerings are a single-teacher body of work (the “Work”) taught and channeled solely through Adelyne. During an offering, participants may not use session time or AskAdelyne LLC spaces to teach, solicit for, promote, or redirect participants toward other teachers, external systems, competing services, or outside spiritual lineages. Respectful personal questions are welcome when they remain relevant to the offering and do not disrupt the intended Work.
Resources or recommendations exchanged independently between participants outside of group events are not reviewed, endorsed, supervised, or enforced by AskAdelyne LLC.
Participant Conduct
Participants must interact respectfully and may not engage in harassment, threats, abusive conduct, discrimination, deliberate disruption, unauthorized solicitation, infringement, fraud, unlawful activity, or conduct that compromises the privacy, safety, or integrity of Adelyne, another participant, the Work, or the Group.
AskAdelyne LLC may remove a participant from an offering, suspend participation, or refuse future service when it reasonably determines that these Terms or another applicable policy have been violated or that action is needed to protect the integrity, privacy, or safety of the Work or the Group. If removal occurs after an offering has begun because of the participant's conduct or policy violation, fees for that offering will not be refunded. If AskAdelyne LLC declines a future prepaid offering before it begins for reasons unrelated to a participant breach, the amount paid, minus any payment-processing fees already charged to AskAdelyne LLC, will be returned.
Purchases and Payments
Prices are stated in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated. Payment must be made using an available approved payment method. Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe, and is subject to the provider's terms and privacy practices. AskAdelyne LLC does not store complete payment-card details on its own servers.
You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate, complete, and authorized for your use. AskAdelyne LLC may decline or cancel a transaction that appears unauthorized, fraudulent, unlawful, or affected by a material pricing or technical error.
Availability Pricing and Corrections
Descriptions, schedules, availability, prices, and other information about offerings may occasionally contain errors or omissions. AskAdelyne LLC may correct an error, update information, or revise availability before accepting a purchase or registration. If a material error affects an accepted purchase, AskAdelyne LLC will provide an appropriate correction, replacement option, credit, or refund as required by applicable law and the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Refunds Cancellations and Rescheduling
All purchases and registrations are subject to the AskAdelyne Refund and Cancellation Policy presented on the website and, where applicable, during registration or checkout. That policy includes the rules governing final sales, transfers, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrival, no-shows, Zoom access, technical difficulties, event credits, and payment-processing fees. If a service-specific written policy conflicts with a general provision of these Terms, the more specific service policy controls for that offering to the extent permitted by law.
Intellectual Property
The website, the offerings, and all original content are owned by AskAdelyne LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. AskAdelyne™, Adelyne™, associated logos, and related brand elements may not be used without prior written permission from AskAdelyne LLC.
Personal Use of Content
Wisdom for the Week and all other written, audio, video, recorded, or downloadable teachings supplied by AskAdelyne LLC are provided solely for the recipient's personal, noncommercial use and spiritual development. Unless AskAdelyne LLC gives prior written permission, content may not be copied, forwarded, substantially reproduced, republished, uploaded, distributed, sold, licensed, displayed publicly, presented as another person's teaching, incorporated into another product or service, used to train an artificial intelligence system, or otherwise used for commercial or public purposes.
Recordings and Participant Privacy
You may not record, photograph, screen-capture, transcribe, livestream, publish, distribute, broadcast, or publicly share any portion of a private session, event, class, workshop, masterclass, or other offering without AskAdelyne LLC's prior written permission. This restriction applies to audio, video, images, written excerpts, chat messages, and substantially similar reproductions.
If AskAdelyne LLC supplies a recording, it is licensed only for the recipient's personal and private use unless AskAdelyne LLC states otherwise in writing. Recording delivery is not guaranteed, and unforeseen technical issues may prevent a recording from being created or delivered. Participants must respect the confidentiality and privacy of other participants and may not disclose another participant's personal story, identity, image, voice, or contribution without that person's permission.
Third Party Services and Links
The website and offerings may rely on or link to third-party platforms and services, including Wix, Zoom, Stripe, email-service providers, and social media platforms. AskAdelyne LLC does not own or control those third parties and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, terms, privacy practices, or acts or omissions. Your use of a third-party service is also subject to that provider's terms and policies.
Termination and Suspension
AskAdelyne LLC may suspend or terminate access to the website, content, or an offering when you violate these Terms or another applicable policy, misuse content, infringe intellectual property, engage in unlawful or harmful conduct, or threaten the integrity, privacy, or safety of AskAdelyne LLC, Adelyne, the Work, or other participants. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law, will remain in effect.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website, content, and offerings are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. AskAdelyne LLC does not warrant that the website or an offering will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or platform, or suitable for every person's needs, or that any particular spiritual, personal, emotional, financial, or other result will occur.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of AskAdelyne LLC and its service providers arising from or relating to the website, an offering, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the offering giving rise to the claim or 100 United States dollars if you made no applicable purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AskAdelyne LLC and its service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, opportunity, privacy, or business interruption, arising from or relating to the website, content, an offering, third-party services, or these Terms, even if advised that such damages were possible. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the website and offerings are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You remain entitled to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence and cannot lawfully be waived.
Informal Dispute Resolution
Before initiating a formal claim concerning the website, an offering, or these Terms, you agree to contact AskAdelyne LLC at Info@AskAdelyne.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the concern informally. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief when necessary or exercising a right that cannot lawfully be limited.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any later breach.
Changes to These Terms
AskAdelyne LLC may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on the website with an updated revision date. When a change is material, AskAdelyne LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide additional notice when required by law. Your continued use of the website or participation in an offering after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
